El Sec. Gral José Niz (Secretario Gral de UPCP) ésta mañana de Miércoles 28 de Mayo, habló delante de una multitud que salió a las calles de Resistencia a prostetar bajo el encabezamiento de la Unión Personal Civil de la Provincia (UPCP), los gremios docentes Atech y Federación Sitech y los movimientos nucleados en la Multisectorial.
